Based in Sydney, I am a Photographer for Lovers and Dreamers

So it turns out, cameras can capture the soul.
it’s why I love what I do..

Hello, I’m Tessa. A Portrait and Wedding Photographer based in Sydney.

I’ve been doing this since 2013 and this photography gig just gets better. One thing that is evident through this medium is that everyone has a story and a legacy.

I love that through this adventurous celebration we call a Wedding, I get to hear my couple’s stories, how their lives have been woven together and how their roots become intertwined.

I know I’ve done my job right when I can reflect back to you how fiercely, how intimately, and how joyfully you love and are loved. I have a keen eye for both the big displays of affection but also the subtle ways people relate to each other.

Currently based in the inner west of Sydney, I live with my partner and two children in the inner west of Sydney.

When I’m not travelling to document weddings and loved-up humans, you can find me teaching Yoga or barefoot enjoying the sunshine, or hopefully on a lil getaway in our caravan dubbed Daisy-Mae.

Weddings enchant me as there is only so much that can be planned before it’s taken out of your hands. The beautifully thought out details combined with the raw beauty of imperfections and the in-between moments - This is the magic.

I am in awe of nature and humans, and this is infused into all that I do - personally and professionally.

Here are some photos from our recent re-wilding weekend away thanks to the beautiful people at
Unyoked - Photos taken on my Canon R6, Pentax film camera and my old Polaroid from the 70’s.

This is one of my favourite videos of our first trip away as a little family - my partner, my 6 week old and my bestie (we’re so close she knew I was pregnant before i did).
